Research Interests:
• Development and preparation of metal alloys reinforced with C or ceramic particles or fiber by stir casting, squeeze casting, pressure infiltration
• Development of new treatment methods for the reinforcements to improve wetting with the matrix alloy.
• Characterizations of the microstructure and interface between the matrix and reinforcement in the composites.
• Evaluation of the mechanical properties (tensile-fatigue-impact- hardness) of the composites.
• Evaluation of tribological properties of the composites.
